If I already went through half of an OTA program, but stopped to reclass to 68L, would my credits transfer or would I have to restart?

Do you know if I already went through half of an OTA program and I only have 2 semesters left if I stopped the program and reclass to 68 L would my credits and classes that I took transfer or would I have to start from the beginning?

You would still have to do the whole program, but the credits you've earned would meet the prerequisites to allow you to reclass into it.
However, 68L is an overstrength MOS for E4 so you can't reclass into it, and they only accept non promotable E4s. With your previous education you may be able to request a grade waiver from the MOS proponent once you are an E5, but there's no guarantee.
