I don't like the source, but the information checks out. Look at all of the government agencies that are purchasing not only ammo, but firearms as well, the Department of Education, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Are these Law Enforcement agencies?

I think you are right, SSG Matthews! It would give me a warm fuzzy feeling seeing our postal ladies (in the PO and on the delivery routes) packing heat as well as packing mail! lol!
