Considering the fact that he was denied access to medications and therapies for PTSD symptoms that were only intensifying the entire time he was detained in Mexico, seemingly abandoned by his own government, is it any wonder that he continues to have issues now? This entire outcome can be laid at the feet of the State Department, in my opinion.
