I was informed that the maximum age limit is 35 but as the saying goes “there’s a waiver for that”. The second part of that was that the Army will take you’re Active Duty years and add that to the maximum age limit. That means with my six years of AD time, my age cap will be 41. You can have a career counselor add up your Active time and go from there. I’m not sure whether they will count months or if it won’t count unless it’s adds up to one year so that’ll be a good question to ask the CC.

Reserve and Guard components, it's likely.
We are hurting for officer's, especially Warrents'. You may want to see about reclassing. Take the opportunity to explore other units in the area and see where you strong points lay. Take in consideration the new (age indifference) ACFT and how it's scoring quirks may take some time to adapt to. Look at load bearing weight that you can tolerate. Like, if you go into Heavy machine, you have to lift heavy equipment. Which is crap, considering I barely weigh in at 115 lbs. and can change an LMTV,and LHS vehicle tire by myself in UNDER 28M. Brains and ingenuity. Don't waste too much more time thinking, just do. If you like it, carry on. Starting is half the battle.
