Discussions: I been having problems of a certain person getting into my medical records in the past trying to get proof. At the first part of the month this person had a slip up. And said your wrong I read your records. I filed a complaint the privacy officer and va police. I wanted to know when this person read my records and how they got into them. The letter I received yesterday was she ran a report and closed it in two days. The police they just filed and not doing anything. I call DC and filed another complaint, so who else should I contact. I want to know who, when and where this happen. Any suggestions will be appreciative?

The question is did she have a need to run the report in the conduct of her job?
Part One: If there was a requirement there is nothing you can do except what you have done. You could speak to her supervisor and question them about what their subordinate is doing, which though not incorrect was handled poorly. I have found that asking the supervisor what they intend to do about it? That puts them on the spot to do something ... even if its 'only' a chewing out.
Part Two: Without more information as to the scenario - Were you two having an argument? Was it in Public? Was it said to intentionally hurt you? Is she actively abusing/obstructing/harassing you?
Part Three: Frankly I would let it drop and avoid her, if that is at all possible. If its not something you can do then you will have to file a format complaint against her (since you have already spoken with her super) - though there may be another step within that chain you haven't taken.
Part Four: You could write you state's District Representative (for your personnel file's Home of Records) if you are truly unhappy with your current answer.
Final Part: You could file a Civil Suite naming the person in the complaint. You would have to see a lawyer, since I am not one and any legal advice is best done using a professional.

#1 No she has no need to get into my medical records at all. I even have in my medical records she not even to show up my hospital room if i ever stay at the hospital.
The clinic she work at is 2 hours away from the clinic that I go to. So she has no need to get in to them.
I have even had corrected on who my next of kin and who can access my records. My late husband and the VA had to block her out of his, I had her block out of my Moms, the person help her on my moms they both were written up.
#2 this was out in public, in front of witness, I jump her, in addition the witness jump he also. The worst part she run her mouth on which version she want to put out to whom ever she wants. So I do not know who she has spread it too and yes I have had people repeated what she has said.
#3 I have block her phone number and I do not go to see her at all, she show up and start the garbage on purpose.
#4 I have filed a complaint with the Main Hospital and now waiting to see what comes of it. Even my attorney dislikes her.
