I trying to pick a degree to for marketability. For this thread would like some advice on Supply Chain or Logistical careers for when I depart the Army, on one hand there is BA with a concentration in Supply Chain or concentration in IT from what I read it helps to have some knowledge of IT in that field. Those of you who are either working in the logistical/supply chain field or are also looking into that career could you lend me some advice also what are some good schools to help me further my goal?

I worked at SDDC for 6 years. We were in the middle of the supply chain for Iraq and Afghanistan. The biggest asset I saw in the DACs which whom I worked was innovation. The people who were willing to take risks to try new ideas were the most successful at supporting the soldier. Their degree didn’t matter much.
Recommend a business degree with an area of concentration in marketing if you have the personality for it. If you’re more introverted go for accounting or IT management.
My daughter has an accounting degree from Phoenix U. My degrees are from more traditional schools. Recommend you look into Webster U. Often offers on post classes.
