What is your favorite bodybuilding or CrossFit workout and what supplements do you use regularly?

My favorite bodybuilding workout is a strength-training workout for real-world functional strength, and my favorite supplement is proper rest.

Somehow, your comment slipped past my attention. Some of my stable exercises include Standing / Push Overhead Press, Pull-up, Deadlift, lunges, and farmer's walks for 3-5 sets of 5-8 reps.

I'm not sure, but I train for maximum hypertrophy. As for my favorite supplement that would be my own concoction made of base citrulline malate, L-Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarateniacin, niacin, tyrosine, taurine, and caffeine/potassium/sodium (when needed). These help with circulation, nitric oxide production, and endurance. I buy in bulk then mix as needed.
