Any RECENT graduates of Army OCS available? I have looked through this website but keep getting mixed answers. I just Wanted to know if I can Apply to OCS with 60-90 credits or do I have To have my bachelors degree completed before even looking at OCS. Thank you!

No. Per the recent MILPER messages covering OCS, the degree requirement is not waiverable. If you are active duty, consider the Green to Gold program. It would have you going to college full time while earning your military pay and commission through ROTC. Follow this link for more info: https://m.goarmy.com/careers-and-jobs/current-and-prior-service/advance-your-career/green-to-gold/green-to-gold-active-duty.m.html

For active Army the answer is no. For others, you can however they will probably try to get you to do the other OCS options other than Federal at Ft Benning. I personally am not a fan of those especially as a former BOLC instructor. There is a clear difference in quality as to who graduates those programs and some non-Federal programs do not allow you to switch to active duty with your commission if you so desire.

Any National Guard Commission still has to be federally recognized, so I don't know of any National Guard Commission that won't transfer. You do acquire a service obligation, three years when I was commissioned, from either source. When I went through IOBC, which tells you how long ago I went, my opinion was that the performance of the students went prior service Active or Army National Guard, ROTC depending on the school, and OCS Officers that went through straight from Basic. Of four top students in the Class, all were prior service and two were Army National Guard, which included myself. Experience tells.
The Student Company Commander through out the entire course was a prior service E6 who could have taught the most of the course. He also ended up as the top students, but there was only 4 points that separated the top four students.

You were able to attend OCS with 90 credit hours but had to complete your degree either within two years or before you made O-3.

Only in the Army Reserve or Army National Guard. The Active Army has required a four year degree for quite awhile. Even in the Guard, a lot of states wont send non degree holders to OCS.
