With all of the contractor involvement with military operations post 9/11 Who is going to do those functions as the military draws down and sequestration is re-implemented? Has anyone seen the impact of this yet? I assume that by now everyone is back to the late 90s " do more with less. " normally I would call this postwar funding, but that would be disrespectful to those still serving in Afghanistan and elsewhere.
