What should I do now that my conditional release was approved and the recruiter never contacted me?

So i've been asking you gentlemen in a higher position for advice on my conditional release a lot this year, come to find out it actually got approved. The active recruiter never emailed or called anybody on the NG side to get me sworn in, TAG told me they'd do another one based off my memorandum so should i go to another recruiter or go back to the same one ?
