In jan I'm now 22% but 210 will they start the process?

AR 600-9, Army Body Composition Program is your reference to read and understand.

In essence, once you fail your first tape, you are flagged. If you pass your next one, then fail again in less than 12 months, then chapter paperwork can begin. If you fail one and stay on the program and keep failing them, the Commander can begin chapter papers. But, before that happens, you will need to seek a medical provider to see if there is a medical condition that is keeping you from losing weight. You will also need to seek out a nutritionist for nutrition class(es). Counseling also needs to happen. These things are all part of the packet. If you are losing weight and/or losing percentage, then the Commander can deem that this is progress and possibly NOT begin chapter papers. Get with your Leadership to fully understand where you stand and what process they are considering.

Don't make any progress, and you'll be chaptered, it is mandatory.
Since that is what you desire according to your response to another member, it won't be hard to fail (it won't be succeeding).
You will receive an Honorable discharge.
However, I encourage you to research whether you have served enough months to be eligible for any education benefits, and VA Home Loan.
I invite you to find folks who could have completed their enlistment, as agreed, and ask how those benefits could have improved their lives, and whether they would stick it out, if they could.

Coming from someone who basically failed 2 PT test on purpose to get out and am now re-enlist after the 2 year wait period as motivated as any soldier could ever been really think on your choice. You couldn’t tell me ANYTHING when I was getting out I was young and dumb and thought I had it bad trust me on this brother the army is a amazing place and a even better career. Unless you come from a very weathly family that will pave you’re way it’s not easy to match the living in the civilian sector and still keep your pride at least.
