What apps would you recommend that contain useful general Army information?

I have an app on my phone called "The Army Guide" that contains useful info such as a few commonly used regs (670-1, etc.), a rank chart, APFT info, pay scale, etc. It says it was "created by SSG Clark". Apparently it's no longer available in the app store, and a Web search is coming up empty. Any suggestions on a similar app to recommend to my new Soldiers?
