What would be the route to being assigned to the 4th Marine Recon Battalion?

4th Recon Battalion has two companies in my area. I'm close to finishing up my degree and thinking of commissioning. What would be the route to being assigned to the recon battalion. I know enlisted marines are guaranteed a 0321 contract (BRPC slot). The enlisted are worked up at the unit till the unit feels they are ready for BRC. Is that the same for Lts?

1. You ain't an LT yet- 2. Need to see a USMC recruiter, probably before you make LT and are locked into a service contract for O's.

NO ONE is EVER Guaranteed a Recon slot. You may sign up for it, but if you CANT earn it, you will end up an 0311.
