I’m prior service and was limited to a couple MOS. How do I reclass in the Army?

After you have a year on station you can go to your Career Counselor. But if you're going to retire, 88M is an excellent MOS for duty stations and promotion. You can reasonably expect to retire as an E8 as an 88M.

SSG (Join to see)
SFC (Join to see) does a “year on station” mean a year on your installation, or unit. I’ve been on station (bragg) my whole career so far, but only been in my current unit for 6 months. As per our previous conversation I am also trying to reclass. Will I still be able to voluntarily reclass or do I have to be with my unit for a year.

SFC (Join to see)
SSG (Join to see) it's one year on station, not one year at your unit. That requirement is straight out of AR 614-200
