Where does your competency level as a pilot fall? This is a great read for all pilots – it provides a glimpse into what makes up the proposed four competencies based upon knowledge, maturity and skill.
The competencies:
• Level 1: I don’t know what I don’t know
• Level 2: I know what I don’t know
• Level 3: I know what I know
• Level 4: I’m a natural
Which level can you claim, or do you float between multiple levels?
