How should I handle interstate transfer in the National Guard?

My parents are planning on moving out soon but they aren’t really sure where they are moving to as of yet, they keep changing their minds as to where they are moving. I need to notify my unit that there’s a possibility I may be moving but since there isn’t anything set in stone I don’t really know how to approach this since I could be moving anywhere. I’ve only been in for about a year but only out of basic for 4 months. I received a bonus and the Gi bill kicker and other incentives in my contract. I’m thinking since I just joined it would be difficult to ask for a transfer. I actually like my unit and the guys I serve with so I’m also thinking of moving out on my own. I’m just confused on how to approach this situation so any advice would help. If there happens to be a NCO or officer on here that I can talk with to figure out the best course of action to take I’d greatly appreciate it.
