Looking for IPPS-A real-world feedback from ARNG Soldiers - anyone have insight?

BLUF: I was just informed I am giving a NCODP/ODP session on Sunday during this Battle Assembly. Since I am assigned to USTRANSCOM as a reservist, I thought IPPS-A would be a relevant topic for a crowd of senior leaders to orient them on the rollout to the USAR and the importance of data correctness for our formations. I am familiar with the website and material they provide about the general program - what I was looking for was any real world feedback from ARNG members that have converted to IPPS-A (I believe it is PA, WV, and one other NE state). From any perspective you have - HR professional, Soldier, leader. What works well, what does not? Is the mobile app easy to use (it is locked down to only current users so far)? Data correctness transition issues? Just any value add feedback I can use for this short notice NCODP/ODP session or take back after the fact to my USAR unit. Thank you in advance.
