I am trying to be stationed with my wife, we have been separated for 8 months. I’m stationed at Fort Riley.

That's not really how this works. There are lots of them leaving Fort Benning at any given time. But they also have people on assignment to fill those positions

First off, are you enrolled in the Married Army Couples Program?

Then, have you contact your respective Branch managers?

Yes sir. I have contacted the branch manager as well. There aren’t any positions available.

There’s your answer SPC (Join to see). Is not what you like but if 27 years of service taught me is that Army needs trumps everything. Don’t lose your motivation, is a matter of time as PCS cycles and peoples moves. Just keep poking your branch manager and have your bride do the same from her position; particularly if a different branch/MOS. Yours and hers must keep constant communication.

Have you tried to talk to your branch manager. They may/should be able to help out some.

Yes. Apparently there aren’t any spots available. I might just ask to be at Fort Rucker and just make that 1.5 hr drive everyday. Embrace the suck right.

Your branch manager is the only person you can really talk to, to resolve this issue. While I feel for you, there's little the way of feelings anyone can do, harassing your branch manager every week is the only way to get what you want.
