I ETS back in June of this year. I’m current on IR til January 2020. I found a position on USA jobs for supply tech (title 32) in Florida and I applied for it.With me currently in Texas, How difficult would it be to take that position and how would the process go? I’m up to joining the Florida National Guard, I’m just not sure if I could go straight into a title 32 position with me being IR. Thanks.

I hate those job postings, they're very misleading to untrained eye.

They are literally just advertising for the National Guard. Unless you want to just uproot yourself from Texas, just enlist in the Texas NG as a 92A. Title 32 typically just starts out as M-Day, or what you know as "one weekend a month, two weeks a year." I would never advocate leaving one's current sense of security for a part time job. Then as we often say in the Guard is it's not "what you know but who you know". Typically those jobs go to people they know. Although if they are in short supply, you might have a good shot at it. However it never hurts to apply, warehouse jobs seemingly always have high turnover, and it's also at the mercy of funding. So if funding gets cut, and you're the low man on the totem pole, you might find yourself out of a job. I would prefer AGR to Title 32 for security.

But as far as being in the IR, that's a simple piece of paper. The National Guard Bureau will pull you form the IR and transfer you over, there's nothing you have to do at all. The Army will always prefer you serving in some way, versus not serving at all.

Good luck in your next chapter.

It’s not hard. Each armory has a recruiter so I would suggest looking up the receuiter’s phone number at the location you applied for and telling him you want to join.
