Leaving for DCC in Nov and saw the packing list...all the orders/family documents, etc. are fine but do I need to bring civilian medical/dental records with me to DCC? I've moved a lot and records are scattered so I just want to get clarification from someone who has recently been before going through the hassle?

Only if you want it all to become part of your military file. They will start a new one because when it's time for you to go, they don't want to see pre existing conditions.

I don’t go until next month but I’ll let you know how it goes. I just did my PHA in April and May so I am unsure what they would want me to bring since it’s all in the system.

I am taking all my medical files from MEPS and my shot records with me just in case. I’d rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

You can always send the 1st SGT an email and ask too. They’ve all been good about answering questions.

CPT Boggs, I am scheduled to attend DCC next weekend but I am yet to get a packing list. I have contacted the HR POC severally with no response and my old unit (just got reassigned) did not have it. Do you mind sharing the packing list?

Update: Found the packing list through another discussion. Just in case anyone else needs it:
