I've heard that 1) the board has been pushed to May 2020 and 2) that it's been cancelled. Does anyone have any insight and/or links to relevant official correspondence?

Actually I didn't see that. I only saw the MSG QSP board last time I looked on HRC. I sincerely believe it will be pushed into FY21 though.

If you go to Google and type in FY20 Activ Duty MSG Board, you will see a selection for Army.mil>hrc>content
