Passing a group of male officers, I salute and render the greeting of the day - ex. "Good Morning Gentlemen". What about female officers?

It would be Good Morning Ladies. If it is a group of them. Ma'am or Miss, if only one.

SGT Javier Silva just curious, is there a precedence with a mixed group for which sex gets called out first? Is it based on relative numbers?

1SG (Join to see) - Protocol states which you have to address first when they're in a group during certain situations, but just out and about, it doesn't really matter. However, you do change the wording depending on the number of persons of that gender in the group.

Let me restate my question. Males and Females in a group (a common situation at schools): is it Ladies and Gentlemen, or Gentlemen and Ladies. If one sex out numbers the other, does that dictate the order in the greeting?

1SG (Join to see) No, it does not. Only real thing that changes the way you order your greeting is if the single gender is the highest ranking, or the group contains the highest ranking.
So, you wouldn't address a COL, who may be male or female, second if they are the only person in the group, when everyone else on the group is junior. You may even single them out, the highest ranking even if they aren't the only one of that gender.
