I am currently a senior in the ROTC program and am looking to go to the Master Fitness Trainer course after BOLC. I currently am in the reserves as an enlisted soldier and will be a reserve officer after graduation and completion of BOLC? Any tips or advice?

1. I have never seen an O as a MFT, don't think there is such an animal. 2. Your unit would have to pay for it- no school is free of charge to somebody. 3. My CoC and I could find a lot more meaningful things for a LT to do, than exercising all day.

This is for enlisted members of the military - If you're becoming an officer I am not sure if you can attend. It's kinda be like your becoming a 1LT Infantry Officer and then wanting to attend 11B OSUT.
How to become a Master Fitness Trainer:
Be a sergeant (E-5) or higher rank.
Be recommended by your unit commander.
Meet Army height and weight standards (including BMI)
Have a current APFT score of 240 or higher, with no less than 70 in any event.
Have a general technical score of 110 or higher.
