As most of us know, every day 22 veterans commits suicide. This amounts to roughly 8,000 veteran annually. K9s for Warriors is a non-non-profit organization providing service dogs to veterans diagnosed with PTSD and/or TBI who served post 9/11 returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. January 22nd of this year they started a campaign called STOP 22 to raise awareness and reduce the numbers of these suicides. Our veterans need to know that people do care about them. Military and civilian. They are asking you to take photos and videos involving 22 in any form or dashing and upload it to Facebook, YouTube, twitter, or any other social media. Please use the "hashtag" with STOP 22 as well as K9s for Warriors. For further information please visit http://www.stop22.org and http://www.k9sforwarriors.org

The suicides make me sad. About 2/3s of the suicides are Vietnam Veterans and we are not going to find them.

Great post. Granger legacy on FACEBOOK is another. Jason bishop granger was a ranger with the 75th. He helped his battle buddies deal with Ptsd from digging up graves with their bare hands when they helped the rescue of lynch. These heroes have seen, smelled, and felt some horrible things. Please support our heroes battling demons only a few in Capitol Hill could understand.

Thank you MSG. This is a sad epidemic and we need to ensure our hurting brothers and sisters know we care and how they can get help and regain some aspects of their lives at the least. K9s greatly help us recover our lives.
