If youy mean ebenifits, you just go to the site and make and register.

I am not sure if you receive your health care from the VA. If you are TRICARE you can check the website for your region to determine if the urgent care provider is in network. Maybe one of the guys on VA disability can answer the question as it pertains to VA recipients.
