Have a question about TGSLI and the process, in 2002 I was severely injured in a mva while on duty ending in a 15 yr fight with the VA to be rated, the TGSLI denied my application because I was never hospitalized long term, being there is no intervention to resolve the problems I have with my right hip I've been through every know treatment for said injury with negative results I also can't locate a time frame, I have roughly 2500 hundred pages of VA records and close to 1000 civilian medical care records that no one is going to sit down and read?

This seems to deal more with combat injuries, mine is noncombat, does not change the fact I ended up completely messed up, I was never hospitalized because injury did not warrant it, don't help my OIC/ Commander refused to file LODs on any one regardless of injury
