I'm in AIT and waiting for my secret clearance to be approved. I just checked today on myerb and it says my PSI Status is INT SEC.
Can anyone explain to me what does it stand for?

Interim Secret. It means you can go to schools that require a secret but you are still waiting for your actual clearance to be adjudicated.

CSM William Everroad
SPC (Join to see) , SSG Cameron "KB" Kingsbury answered appropriately.
If you answered all the question fully and honestly, and explained any financial issues in detail that may be on your credit report, your interim should flip to full clearance anywhere from 3-6 months depending on the backlog of course.
However, if you left anything off (criminal offenses, even if not convicted; uncollected debts; or any other derogatory information) they can revoke your security clearance and force a reclass or REFRAD.
