Military Ed ERB updates

Any validity on this? I have a course that I took in Korea, "Applied Suicide Intervention Training", there is a code for it to input with S-1, but it was only a 15 hour course. Can we only get credit for 40 hour courses? Or does it count as long as there is a code for it? My J-1 isn't sure.
