What is "Assignment Eligibility Term Date" ?

What is "Assignment Eligibility Term Date" on PDL section of Assignment Satisfaction Key (ASK)? I joined 2016 but my "assignment eligibility term date" is 2021. I though I only need to stay at my 1st duty station for 3 years.

There should be a code that goes along with it either a letter or number. Check out AR 614-200, table 3-1 to find what the code means.
