I am transferring reserve units to Germany i am moving to my husband finally .. but i am wondeding how to contact my gaining unit and my current UA told me to contact them and FLL JUST to make sure i can RST with them until my transfer is through... welll i can't really do that i dont have german number yet... so a retention NCO over there told me to just contact him when i get on ground over there. The thing is is my UA knows im limited on flying time due to being pregnant amd i havent heard from that UA for a month now about the transfer...

Do i listen to the UA or just wait when i get on ground like the Retention NCO said?

You can probably just wait until you get on the ground in Germany. Do you have orders yet? Contact the UA and/or Unit Commander and let them know your situation with your move. Just try and communicate whenever you can, so the unit will know your status.

Depending on when your orders were effective, you might even be able to make up some drills if you need to if you'll arrive before the end of FY19. If it's after OCT 1, then you can't make up the last year's drill dates.

You can call a German number from a US number. You just have to do the international dialing.

First dial 011, the U.S. exit code
Next dial 49, the country code for Germany
then the area code (2–5 digits)
and finally the phone number (3–9 digits)
