Is my active duty status during 3 weeks of annual training eligible for claiming SCRA benefits with credit cards like American express Platinum ? I have been trying to get this benefit while I’m in AT. However, the credit cards companies are not able to verify my active duty status during AT. I tried to look up using https://scra.dmdc.osd.mil/scra/ But didn’t work. Does anyone have idea how to request SCRA benefit applied to credit card while on AT ?

And this...there are phones listed on the page...ask for a supervisor or manager, ask for all names and/or IDs so you can call them back, ask to have a case number set up if possible, and also ask all three Congress mil/vet local office staffs, filing Privacy Act (PA) requests online, sign and date the prinouts, send them in to all three Congres mil/vet staff groups, and explain the whole thing to them...honestly, those are my best ideas, at least for the moment, OK?

Your AT isn't covered because it isn't 30 days or longer.

Straight out their FAQs

In order to be considered for SCRA coverage a Title 32 member must be called "...to active service authorized by the President or the Secretary of Defense for a period of more than 30 consecutive days under section 502(f) of title 32, United States Code, for purposes of responding to a national emergency declared by the President and supported by Federal funds. SFC (Join to see) The Soldier is, according to his RP profile, Reserves. This falls under Title 10, not Title 32.

SGT Javier Silva in that case, he's only covered from the time he receives his orders to the end date of AD
