My question is if ISIS are so unafraid of America, then why cover your face? Scared we might actually come after you if we can ID you???? Coward.

That was by far the most informative article I have read about ISIS. It's long, but worth the read. It certainly brings to light why we should treat ISIS differently from Al Qaeda, or any other extremist group for that matter.

Definitely a sort of Mein Kampf for ISIS. The article shows that what seems like random acts of extreme brutality, like burning people alive in cages, are in fact rooted in their ideas and beliefs in their warped and apocryphal interpretation of the Koran, ala the 7th Century. Like Mein Kampf, you can chose to ignore what ISIS says about themselves, or take them and their threat to the US and the rest of the world seriously.
President Obama needs to read this article and start making some harder decisions about what to do to ISIS the force on the ground, and stop talking less about defeating their ideology with long term solutions, like Anti-poverty programs and gang interdiction efforts that are more suited to the Urban Crime fighting Policing model, and start dealing with ISIS as an existential threat to the region, and to the US and Modernity in general.
Start treating them like the Nazis, something that must be exterminated with overwhelming violent force by any and all means necessary. His speech yesterday was infuriating for me to listen too. He either doesn't get it, or can't bring himself to admit that we and the rest of the modern western world are locked in a vicious struggle with Violent Islamic Fundamentalist (VIFs). Watching President Obama doing verbal somersaults to avoid saying we are in a war with Violent Muslim Jihadis, made me lose what little confidence I have left in him, to address this threat. He needs a wakeup call it seems to get his mind around the FACT that we are engaged in a violent struggle with a fanatical fringe element of Islam, not Christians or Buddhists, or Sikhs or Jews, or Atheists.
