I know during a single continuing enlistment to include reenlistment, companies are not required to do anything for you because it's based on interest you've accumulated before joining... However if you exit the service and come back in with a new enlistment contract or even change branches, using their new enlistment contract, could you submit for SCRA again?

SCRA, Servicemember Civil Relief Act, requires companies to drop any preexisting credit interest rate to a maximum of 6%.
