Does a SSG(P)'s time as a PSG count as rated PSG time?

Several SNCOs in my BN have been trying to get a clear regulation driven answer to this question. I've looked into 600-25 and haven't read anything clearly stating this true or false. Does anyone know the answer and where to find it?

I've heard yes and no, but also never a reg to back it up. At a minimum it looks good at your next centralized promo board. If you are that hell bent on the truth I'd email branch manager, they should know the actual reg.

It’s possible I am incorrect here but I was sure the reg specifically details how to rate this. As I recall, if you are a SSG(P) working in an E7 position you are rated against the other E7s in that chain. If you are an E6 you would be rated against other E6s but noting that you are working a rank above your current grade etc. The leadership ability of the soldier is then rated in the appropriate block.
Perhaps I’m misunderstanding the question.

Rated time means, time rated "I.e. slotted and NCOER" then yes it should "count." I've seen people rated and slotted as something else with PSG as an additional duty... that's where I could see issue of it being up for interpretation.
