What percent of GI Bill benefits would I be eligible for?

My BASD is January 8th, 2018. I was accepted into the US Military Academy Class of 2023 and will report to R Day in just over a week. I would noramlly be in the 12-18 months of active service category, but if I wanted to ETS and use my benefits to pay for an advanced degree after my five year obligation, would I receive the 60% (12-18 months enlisted) or does my commissioned time count towards the 36 months for full benefits?
EDIT: If it makes a difference, I paid into the Montgomery GI Bill and have not yet switched it to Post 9/11.

I think you're a bit mixed up on the time line. If you go to USMA you will owe an obligation right after graduation of several years. That obligation will more than cover the 36 months service you need. If you graduated and refused to meet your obligation and refused to commission, you would have to repay your entire scholarship to USMA. You could decline to attend USMA and ETS at your current end of contract and you would have met your service obligation as well.

If you are currently AD PFC (Join to see), you are not eligible for the MGI or Post-9/11 or the Forever GI Bills. Once you enter the Service Academy it will also not allow you to use your GI bill benefits. Commissioned Officers are only eligible for Post-9/11 AFTER their initial ADSO. Your time in the academy will NOT count toward this requirement.
