You go to your career counselor or S1 and they will prepare a da 1506 to submit to finance.
You will need your NGB 22, any retirement points worksheets, DD-214, any DD4 contracts, and any AT or ADSO orders

SPC (Join to see) no, the MEPS does it all the time. You should receive back pay for the last two years as well

OK, being form Guard, I believe I understand your question. Two documents that the National Guard in the State you served should have sent you after your transfer. 1. an NGB22. This is the equivalent of DD214 and will give all that Guard information that needed including Enlistment dates, schools and promotions. 2. NGB23 Computation of retirement points. You get credit for time for any active duty days, including ADT and AT's, and credit for pay for every point. If your old unit can't come up with those for you, contact Human Resources at the State Headquarters in the State you served. The Guards personnel system and Army HRC didn't share when I was in an apparently don't do any better today. Those documents to the Admin people should take care of everything.

No, two different subjects. You will get credit for Time in Service from the day you swore into the Guard. So your pay and TIS for promotions will be based on date. Guard retire is a point system verses active duty is years served. None of your drill time counts toward years served, but any active duty time, including AT, counts. What gets confusing is that for computing retirement pay, you get a days credit for every retirement point earned in the Guard and Reserve.

Your question lacks clarity. Do you mean how do you find out what your Time in Service is? Or, are you asking how you get your Time in Service from the National Guard added to your Time in Service now that you are in a different status/branch? If so, what did you transfer from/to, and how long ago did this transfer occur? Also, did you have a break in service? Without this information, its very difficult to answer this question.

Ok so you need a copy of your NGB-22 (M-day DD214 equivalent) to provide to your current S-1. This is something you should have gotten when you left the guard if its not already in your iPERMS (have you checked)? If not, you should contact the AGR (usually a readiness NCO) at your previous guard unit and ask. You can also provide previous copies of your LES's as proof but I am pretty sure you will need this substantiating form (also any previous DD214s you may have received when on active duty orders over 90 days with the guard). You also have to understand (as I believe another has already pointed out) not all your time will necessarily count. I am not certain if you are just attempting to gain retirement points or actual TIS, but I don't believe inactive duty training (IDT/M-day/drills) doesn't count towards active duty time. However, any Title 32/10 time should.
