Could anyone possibly know or have a CIF MEMO to take your TA 50 to the next duty station?

I need a memo to clear CIF but as to take my TA 50 (gear) with me to my next duty station. I've been scouring the internet to no avail. I'm PCSing. Mind you, it's Fort Hood CIF. My Supply Sergeant said it's authorized to do so. And tell me if she's being lazy.
