Yep! Way too long. You need to start making inquiries with your Unit Administrator.

LCpl, the average time is 60 to 90 days form submission to NGB when the system is working correctly. Due to a problem with the server at the Pentagon back in October payments have been delayed. The system is back and running at 90% now so if you haven't received your payment yet you should within a few weeks.
