SFC (Join to see) Pretty much covered it. But the bestvperson to talk to is your retention NCO. They will have the most up to date info for your specific situation.

Also, if you're looking to go 35M, since you tagged it, you will need a TS and a DLAB score of 107 or higher

SPC (Join to see) You can re-enlist to a new MOS as long as the IN/OUT call of that is a Y/N or Y/Y, and your MOS call is N/Y or Y/Y. But that may be just for reclassification without re-enlistment. Talk to your Retention NCO and let them know exactly what you want. Be firm but respectful.

He can reenlist for a duty assignment, or training, not both. Only one training, so either Airborne or a new MOS, not both
Right now since he's an initial term soldier he can request any MOS as long as it's not over strength and there's a class seat.
As for moving, he will go to school TDY Enroute to his next duty station. The Army will pick the duty station.
