How do we get the Army to allow users to change default settings to reduce redraws on DTMS?

When working with training schedules on DTMS, users should be able to change the default setting from a page size of "10" events to a number greater than 10. While this can currently be done manually, it needs to be done every time a user comes back to the training schedule page. This causes unnecessary burden on the server as it has to re-transmit data it has already sent to the user's workstation, in addition to any overhead data. Does anyone know how to either access this setting on DTMS or get the people running DTMS to create it?
