Anyone have an example Memo to the President of the Board for WOFT selection?

I'm putting together a packet for an upcoming WOCS board for the purposes of determining an OML for flight school and I need to submit a memo explaining my intent for pursuing this course of action. I'm wondering if anyone has an example I can look at for a template.

I really don’t understand why you are writing this letter to the president of the board. Is there an underlying reason that isn’t being addressed?

Per the MOI for the board, part of the packet is a memorandum to the president explaining my reasoning for pursuing this course of action and why I believe I would be an asset. Essentially I'm selling myself to the board.
