No it will not stop, however it can go down based on the determination. They will relook your entire packet not just the request for increase. Thank you for your service.

Only if there is a clear and unmistakable error. A mis-application of the rating schedule is the most common cause, or actual improvement in the condition. If the current evaluation has been in effect for less than 5 years, a single exam will cause a reduction, if over 5 years it takes 2 exams or other pieces of medical evidence (lab tests, xrays, etc). if it has been in effect for 20 years, it can only be reduced due to fraud.
