Who do I go to talk to or see to get re-evaluation for my knee?

This would be for my disability rating and possibly for my shoulder?

If you go to ebenifits, you can fill out a claim. The VA will contact you, send you to a doctor and act on the doctors report and assign you a percentage of disability. If you have done this in the past, you can go on the same page and go to your past claims and click the button next to the disability and ask for an increase.

Might be a good idea as well to go get a second opinion from a civilian doctor, then take that back to the va and try to make your claim.
