I got out with a 3.4 overall and about a 3.7 prior to admission. It was a local community college.

I can't add anything from the nursing side, but I'm interested in how far along you are in your current
associate or bachelor academic program.

SGT (Join to see) - Have you considered Excelsior College's Health Science programs that have heavy transfer credit consideration for 68W MOS training? I only mention them because I know they've always specialized in Nursing majors. Oddly enough, I am going through them for a National Security degree, which isn't a large deviation from Nursing at all, lol. . . Depending on your current school, Excelsior may be able to put your closer to academic completion. I transferred to them about a year ago, and their credit evaluation put me significantly closer to graduation than my last school had me. According to the first link below, just your completion of BCT, 68W AIT, and SSD1 would put you at about 47 credits; and that's not counting any other credits you've acquired on your own through other schools.

I try to encourage Soldiers to get a transfer evaluation at multiple schools, in order to weigh the many opportunities. No school evaluates transfer credit the same as the next, and if degree/credit completion is the goal, there is no point in sticking with a school that has you on a longer timeline.

Wow my home is 20 mins from the campus back in NY haha. Yeah I'm aware of them. I'll walk in and see what options they have for me while I'm back on leave. Thank you!
