That question rises too many eye brows! For instance, what is the justification for doing such a thing? Did the soldier failed to jump when required? Froze in the door as s/he was given the command “GO”?
No need to spill the soup here but you need to re-look your question. If is all about terminating jump status, that doesn’t require to remove the ASI from the records but a simple request and some BS that will come right at it!

That raises SOOOO many questions.
To start with, you can't delete anyone else's SQI. Second, you won't be able to delete your own SQI. There are procedures in place to do it, and none of them are initiated by the soldier
