Does anyone know if HRC has approved the ALC Phase II & III slots for 68C FY20?

Ive been trying to stay up on ALC and hoping to get a slot this next FY. I guess they will start slotting ALC Phase II & III once HRC approves the quota sources?

I spoke with the scheduling manager at HRC. He said the courses aren't approved yet and they are actually going to change from what we currently see in ATRRS. Two of the courses listed are being dropped.
