How do you get reimbursed for past claims with Champ VA?

In the past 8 months they have not paid as a secondary insurance after the first insurance paid. Any suggestions? How do you get reimbursed for past claims?

The only way I’m aware of getting paid by them is mailing in the bill itself for a reimbursement
