Hi guys! I’m following closely! No, they haven’t added it to the presumptive list... but it is under consideration. That I can confirm. Hopefully soon.
Meanwhile, you should know I’m an attorney and I help Vets get benefits to which they’re entitled. I’m a former va rater. I’m 100% Sc. And I employ a team of former va employees who are passionate about helping Vets. Our fees are reasonable, we don’t blow smoke—you’ll get no BS answers and a team of people who know the system and laws working specifically on your claim. We’re not your typical law practice! But we love you guys and we’re here to help. Cheers!

I have filed a claim 18 months ago and it was denied but have been reading that they are now considering it. Thank you for responding and sorry to hear about your father.

When my Father, Colonel Frey died in 1998, from some sort of Leukemia named something like Myloplastic Dysplasia Syndrome (his body stopped producing red blood cells) a year after his death, my Mother got a letter from the VA stating his death was directly linked to his exposure to Agent Orange during Vietnam War. As far as them actually putting a percentage of disability from exposure, it is unknown to me. Just thought this might give you a jumping off point to do some research.
