Just got promoted and had to get a new ID. Most certs have transferred over but I still can’t open encrypted emails and sign documents electronically. The lady at the ID center told me to go on AKO to transfer the certs. I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to this. Can anybody help me?

SSG (Join to see) - When ever there is an issue with your access to AKO.....just call their Help Desk. It will save you a lot of time and headaches.

I appreciate that. Quick call fixed it and now I’m good. I tried figuring it out on my own first and hit a wall. I was getting frustrated. MSG (Join to see)

SSG (Join to see) im assuming they had you punlish your new certificates to the GAL. Did you recover your old certificates to ensure you can still open older encrpted emails?

I’m assuming I did. They had me step-by-step recovery with them on the phone with me. SFC (Join to see)
