depends on your percentage. I got back into the Air Force via the guard w/ a 10% rating.

Yes you can...depending on your rating and if medically cleared. Here is a website with information:

Can You Join Guard / Reserves with a VA Disability Rating?
Many people aren't aware that you can join the Guard or Reserves with a VA service-connected disability rating. However, it does affect your pay & benefits.

Heads up, you will have to give up your VA disability pay to receive drill pay, or give up drill pay to receive disability pay, your option, talk with your DFAS reps about this.

1SG Eddie Smith Correct but only for days that he receives both. He can receive disability pay for the month and then pay back the MUTA 4 or 6 that he received drill pay for. Or in other words, he receives disability for 28 of a 30 day month and receives drill pay for the other two days.

Mostly correct. Each single drill day counts as 2 days. So a single 2 day weekend counts as 4 days. However, AT and other forms of fulltime duty count as a single day.
I can't remember the M21-1 VBA manual reference so you'll just have to trust me on this one.
